Marut Drones and Prof. Jayashankar Telangana State Agriculture University are currently testing a drone they developed for the direct seeding of rice.
The AG365 drone has an innovative multi-nozzle seed dispensing device for a precise, efficient, and labor-saving method for rice seeding that optimizes seed distribution and minimizes waste.
Trials conducted across five states in India have demonstrated the drone’s potential to reduce the need for manual labor and labor costs, conserve water resources, and enhance farmers’ profits.
