Ontario FangZheng Agriculture Enterprises Inc. is cultivating Canada’s first commercial rice crop in Chatham-Kent.

The initial rice crop is currently limited to one hectare but, depending on the outcome, there are plans to expand rice production across Chatham-Kent.
